Know this might be a bit late, since this article was written a year and a half ago, but thought the advice might help anyway: don’t phone orange and speak to their upgrade people: instead go through the motions of leaving (i.e. ask for your PAC code as if you are leaving for another provider): I just got upgraded to a Motorola Dext this way: the upgrade department wanted me to pay £250 for the handset on a £35 per month contract with no data allowance: the disconnection team gave me the handset for £15, and put me on the same contract for £25 per month with a free 500mb data allowance… They won’t be any help ’til they think they’re about to lose you as a customer.

ditto about “as if missing DNS behaviour”. disappointing piece of plastic. even connection between local devices flaky. lots of ping packages time out even on local network; both on fixed and wireless connections.
unfortunately I did not keep my receipt, so will just have to try another brand…

Ditto on trying to connect to ATT DSL using DGN2000. Lots of effort setting it up and if I reboot, it takes 15 minutes to detect the DSL line and sign on.

I’ve got this to work by publishing my Outlook Exchange calendar to Office Online (free) and then subscribing to that through iCal. Not perfect, but helpful.

nvm >.< I JUST figured it out. There's a box on the bottom left of the Image Capture utility that you can pick your home-made application from.
